Full Refund Possible If:
To request a refund, simply email us your order details, including the reason why you’re requesting a refund. We take customer feedback very seriously and use it to constantly improve our quality of service. We do our best to ensure that the products you order are delivered according to your specifications. However, should you receive an incomplete order, damaged or incorrect product(s), please notify our Customer Support immediately or within 02 (Two) working days of receiving the products, to ensure prompt resolution. Please note that Dotrx.in will not accept liability for such delivery issues if you fail to notify us within 02 working days of receipt.
We also understand that various circumstances may arise leading you to want to return a product or products that are not defective. In these cases, we may allow the return of unopened, unused products after deducting a 25% restocking charge, ONLY if you notify us within 20 working days of receipt.
Return Policy Exceptions:-
Please note that we are unable to offer replacements or exchanges for the following product categories: partly used medicines, Injections, Health Monitor & Equipments and Ortho Support. Also, DotRx.in reserves the right to refuse returns (or refunds) for certain products, as marked in the respective product pages as “Note: This item cannot be returned for a refund or exchange.
2. CANCELLATION :-
The Website/App shall be only an intermediary connecting the User with the Doctor/registered medical practitioners or Diagnostic centre or Ambulance operator or health workers for home service or any other services booked. Once the appointment or booking is made and a confirmation has been given to the User, the Company shall inform the Doctor/registered medical practitioners/Lab/Ambulance provider/health worker who shall render the consult at the agreed time, location and mode provided at the time of booking the service.
In the first instance once an appointment or booking has made and it is confirmed at our end, no amount shall be refunded, in the event of a cancellation. However, in certain circumstances, if the service provider his/her service under any circumstances, the user has full right to get the refund back. But the user has to report the company in writing or calling its customer care within 24 hours only. After that the Company has its discretion in refusing the refund in full or part. Such situation arises only if the Doctor/registered medical practitioners becomes unavailable or other service provider did not provide his service within the committed period. However, the decision of the Company shall be final in such cases.
